A selection of various spices in containers.
Mom brought over some extra spices. This is only about half of them. I thought it would look good for a photo and maybe even for stock photography.
Strobist: SB-900 in Alien Bees 64" PLM with white diffusion cover at a bit to camera left and above angled down. Shot in manual exposure at +1/3 ev step above 1/2 Manual power output (gotta love the incremental steps available from the commander menu on my new Nikon D7000. Triggered from the pop up flash in commander mode with Nikon SG-3IR IR Panel. Shot in Manual focus using Live View to aid in focusing.
1/250 sec at f/8.0 ISO 200 with "Nikkor 85mm f/1.4D" at 85 mm focal length on a Nikon D7000
