Frosty Sunrise in Minnesota

Sunday morning, the sky turned purple as a the sun rose. The fields were covered with a thick frost. I walked outside, took a deep breath through my nose of the clean crisp air. I walked over to the south east corner of our acerage and set up my tripod. 6 photos shot in bracketed format (2,4,0 followed by -4,-2,-6). These were then composed in Adobe Lightroom, Photomatix, Lightroom, CS5 and finally back to Lightroom.
Base HDR exposure 1/40 sec at f/8.0 ISO 100 with "Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 EX DC HSM" at 10 mm focal length on a NIKON D80
