Umbrella directly in front and above the me. Triggered by pop up flash in commander mode with IR pass through filter in front. 2'x3' white posterboard underneath chin for reflective fill.
1/200 sec at f/5.6 ISO 400 with "Nikkor 85mm f/1.4D" at 85 mm focal length on a Nikon D80
